Download the APK for Android
- Open the official 1Win site on the phone. Use Chrome or another mobile browser.
- Tap the Android icon. It is in the menu or at the bottom of the page. The APK starts downloading.
- Allow installation from this source. Android asks for permission the first time. Allow it for the browser only.
- Open the downloaded file and tap Install. Installation takes a few seconds.
- Log in or register. Then switch on fingerprint login in the settings.
Only download the APK from the official 1Win site. Third-party APK websites often host modified files that can steal login details. After installing, the permission to install unknown apps can be switched off again in the Android settings; the app keeps working and updates still arrive through the in-app prompt.
Install on iPhone
- Open the 1Win site in Safari. Other browsers do not support adding web apps in the same way.
- Tap the Share button. It is the square with the arrow at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Name the shortcut and tap Add.
- Open from the home screen. The web app runs full screen without the Safari bars.
- Allow notifications. Available on iOS 16.4 and newer.
Windows Desktop Version
There is also a Windows desktop application, available from the official 1Win site. It gives a larger screen for following several live matches and tables at once, with the same account and balance. Players who keep a match tracker open next to a dealer table often prefer it to a browser window, since it runs as a separate program and is not affected by browser extensions or a cluttered tab bar.

How to Place an In-Play Bet in the App
- Open the app with fingerprint or Face ID. The home screen shows live matches first.
- Tap Live and choose a match. The tracker loads at the top of the screen.
- Tap the odds you want. The bet slip slides up from the bottom.
- Enter the stake or use quick bet. Check the accept odds changes option.
- Confirm. The bet appears under My Bets, with a cash-out button where available.
The whole sequence takes a few seconds once the app is set up. Presetting a quick bet stake in the settings cuts it further, but it also removes the pause that a typed stake gives, so many players keep it at a small amount. The live betting guide explains markets and odds changes in detail.

Updating and Troubleshooting the App
When a new version is released, the app shows an update prompt on launch. Accepting it downloads the new APK; the account and balance stay the same. Common problems:
- App will not install: check the Android version (6.0+) and free storage, and allow installation from the browser.
- Stream freezes: switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or lower the stream quality.
- App closes on launch: clear the app cache in Android settings, or uninstall and install the latest APK from the official site. The balance is stored on the account, not the phone.
- No notifications on iPhone: update to iOS 16.4 or newer and allow notifications for the web app.
